Each day we run multiple WOD Classes. These classes will generally consist of a strength/weightlifting piece or a gymnastics piece focusing on a particular movement followed by the Workout of The Day 'WOD'
While we offer a weightlifting component most days prior to the WOD we offer a longer weightlifting class on Thursday nights. This gives us an opportunity to include more weightlifting movements each session, with a deeper focus. This allows you and our coaches more time to drill down on the movements and focus on percentage work.
Where else would you want to be on a Friday night other than throwing down with your friends? At Friday Night Lights you can expect a partner workout and you can expect it to be a bigger WOD. This class runs for an hour and half and is usually finished off with a few beverages and lots of chatting.
Did someone say sweaty session? Sundays are all about cardio, whether you are looking to get super sweaty or just get your body moving this class will help you do that.
